  1. (a)Part 843 of this chapter, Federal Enforcement, shall apply when enforcement action is required for violations on exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.
  2. (b)The Office will furnish a copy of any enforcement document to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Management upon request.
