  1. (a)Part 842 of this chapter, Federal Inspections, shall apply to all exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.
  2. (b)OSM will furnish a copy of any inspection report written pursuant to this part to the North Carolina Department of Natural Resources and Community Development upon request.
