  1. (a)Part 842 of this chapter, Federal Inspections, shall apply to all exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.
  2. (b)OSM will furnish a copy of each inspection report regarding inspections conducted pursuant to this subpart to the Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries.
