  1. (a)Part 842 of this chapter, Federal Inspections, shall apply to all coal exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.
  2. (b)The Secretary will furnish copies of inspection reports and reports of any enforcement action taken to the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management upon request.
