  1. (a)In general. An individual's name and address must not be sold or rented by a component unless such action is specifically authorized by law.
  2. (b)Withholding of names and addresses. This section must not be construed to require the withholding of names and addresses otherwise permitted to be made public. (See 5 U.S.C. 552a(n).)
