The payor Federal Reserve Bank will issue a replacement fiscal agency check if:
  1. (a)You submit written notice:
  2. (b)The check is unpaid;
  3. (c)We determine that recovery of the original check is unlikely; and
  4. (d)The payee and endorsee, if any, of the check execute the required indemnification agreement.
