31 CFR §802.1001

1. (a)The Committee may determine at any time that a foreign state has made significant progress toward establishing and effectively utilizing a robust process to analyze foreign investments for national security risks and to facilitate coordination with the United States on matters relating to investment security.
2. (b)The Committee may rescind a determination under paragraph (a) of this section if the Committee determines that such a rescission is appropriate.
3. (c)The Chairperson of the Committee shall publish a notice of any determination or rescission of a determination under paragraph (a) or (b) of this section, respectively, in the Federal Register.
