Except as otherwise provided in this subpart, the parties filing a formal written notice of a transaction with the Committee under § 802.501(a) on or after May 1, 2020, shall pay a filing fee as follows:
  1. (a)Where the value of the transaction is less than $500,000: No fee;
  2. (b)Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $500,000 but less than $5,000,000: $750;
  3. (c)Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $5,000,000 but less than $50,000,000: $7,500;
  4. (d)Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $50,000,000 but less than $250,000,000: $75,000;
  5. (e)Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $250,000,000 but less than $750,000,000: $150,000;
  6. (f)Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $750,000,000: $300,000.
