  1. (a)Upon written request by the owner of a drawbridge, the District Commander may authorize a drawbridge to operate under an automated system or from a remote location.
  2. (b)If the request is approved, a description of the full operation of the remotely operated or automated drawbridge will be added to subpart B of this part.
