  1. (a)The draw of the US101 bridge, mile 5.0 at Florence, shall open on signal if at least two hours notice is given.
  2. (b)The draw of the Central Oregon and Pacific railroad bridge, mile 8.0 near Cushman, shall open on signal if at least 24 hours notice is given.
