Each operator of a waterfront facility handling LHG must ensure that—
  1. (a)Equipment is repaired so that—
    1. (1)The equipment continues to meet the applicable requirements in this subpart;
    2. (2)Safety is not compromised; and
  2. (b)Welding and cutting meet NFPA 51B (incorporated by reference, see § 127.003).
