Each marine transfer area for LNG must have—
  1. (a)Portable fire extinguishers that meet Section 16.6.1 of NFPA 59A and Chapter 6 of NFPA 10 (both incorporated by reference, see § 127.003); and
  2. (b)At least one portable fire extinguisher in each designated parking area.
