  1. (a)On manned deepwater ports, sufficient personnel landings must be provided to assure safe access and egress.
  2. (b)The personnel landings must be provided with satisfactory illumination. The minimum is 1 foot candle of artificial illumination as measured at the landing floor and guards and rails.
