  1. (a)The owner or operator of a nontank vessel must review the vessel response plan (VRP) annually. This review must occur within 1 month of the anniversary date of Coast Guard approval of the VRP.
  2. (b)A VRP prepared and submitted under this subpart must be revised and amended, as necessary, in accordance with § 155.1070.
