Each Dedicated Clean Ballast Tanks Operations Manual must include the following information:
  1. (a)The text of the Annex of Resolution 14 of the MARPOL 73/78.
  2. (b)A description of the dedicated clean ballast tanks system.
  3. (c)A procedure for dedicated clean ballast tanks operations.
