Unless otherwise stated, at least 15 minutes before navigating a VTS area, a vessel must report the:
  1. (a)Vessel name and type;
  2. (b)Position;
  3. (c)Destination and ETA;
  4. (d)Intended route;
  5. (e)Time and point of entry; and
  6. (f)Dangerous cargo on board or in its tow, as defined in § 160.202 of this chapter.
