- (a)The danger zone. The waters of the Atlantic Ocean and connecting waters within an area described as follows: Beginning at latitude 37°12′18″, longitude 75°46′00″; thence southwesterly to latitude 37°08′21″, longitude 75°50′00″; thence northwesterly along the arc of a circle having a radius of three nautical miles and centered at latitude 37°11′16″, longitude 75°49′29″, to latitude 37°10′14″, longitude 75°52′57″; thence northeasterly to latitude 37°14′30″, longitude 75°48′32″; thence southeasterly to 37°13′38″, longitude 75°46′18″; and thence southeasterly to the point of beginning.
- (b)The regulations.
- (1)No person or vessel shall enter or remain in the danger zone except during intervals specified and publicized from time to time in local newspapers or by radio announcement.
- (2)This section shall be enforced by the Commanding General, Tactical Air Command, Langley Air Force Base, Virginia, and such agencies as he may designate.
