  1. (a)At the U.S. locks, the transit of pleasure craft shall be scheduled by the traffic controller or the officer in charge of a lock and may be delayed in order to avoid interference with other vessels; and
  2. (b)Every pleasure craft seeking to transit Canadian locks shall first make a reservation on the Seaway website according to the available schedule.
