  1. (a)Except inside lines specifically described provided in this section, the 72 COLREGS shall apply on the bays, bayous, creeks, marinas, and rivers from Horseshoe Point to the Rock Islands.
  2. (b)A north-south line drawn through Steinhatchee River Light 21.
  3. (c)A line drawn from Fenholloway River Approach Light FR east across the entrance to Fenholloway River.
