  1. (a)We do not garnish your wages if we have credible evidence that you—
    1. (1)Were involuntarily separated from employment; and
    2. (2)Have not yet been reemployed continuously for at least 12 months.
  2. (b)You have the burden of informing us of the circumstances surrounding an involuntary separation from employment.
