The Secretary may fund the following types of projects under this program:
  1. (a)Special projects of service delivery.
  2. (b)Model demonstration.
  3. (c)Technical assistance.
  4. (d)Systems change.
  5. (e)Special studies, research, or evaluations.
  6. (f)Dissemination and utilization.
