  1. (a)An institution must submit reports, in accordance with deadlines established and published by the Secretary in the Federal Register.
  2. (b)The institution reports such information as the Secretary requires, in compliance with procedures the Secretary describes.
  3. (c)The institution reports information about transfer and release dates of confined or incarcerated individuals, as required by the Secretary, through an agreement with the oversight entity.
