  1. (a)The Commission will annually establish guidance published in the grant opportunity announcement for State grants regarding:
    1. (1)The distribution of re-grant funds;
    2. (2)Cost sharing and matching requirements; and
    3. (3)Reporting.
  2. (b)Each participating State is responsible for ensuring that the sub-grantees comply with Federal grant administration and reporting requirements, including those in 2 CFR parts 230 and 2600.
  3. (c)Each participating State must annually prepare a report to the NHPRC on its sub-grant program, following the requirements outlined in § 1206.80.
