You may appeal when there is any adverse determination, including:
  1. (a)Refusal to release a record, either in whole or in part;
  2. (b)Determination that a record does not exist or cannot be found;
  3. (c)Determination that the record you sought was not subject to the FOIA;
  4. (d)Denial of a request for expedited processing;
  5. (e)Denial of a fee waiver request; or
  6. (f)Fee category determination.
