  1. (a)The Director of National Intelligence is responsible for issuing special procedures for declassification of classified records pertaining to intelligence activities and intelligence sources and methods.
  2. (b)The Secretary of Defense is responsible for issuing special procedures for declassification of classified cryptologic records.
