  1. (a)The foundation must provide to NARA design and construction certifications specified in the architectural and design standards.
  2. (b)Any item that NARA finds is not in compliance with the architectural and design standards must be corrected by the foundation or, if not corrected by the foundation, will be corrected by NARA with the foundation paying the full cost of taking necessary corrective action.
