  1. (a)The Authorized Officer may suspend or revoke a permit issued under this section;
    1. (1)For resource, safety or other management considerations; or
    2. (2)When there is a violation of term or condition of a permit issued under this section.
  2. (b)The permit shall be revoked if any person working under the authority of the permit is convicted of a violation under section 16 U.S.C. 470aaa 6306 or is assessed a civil penalty under 16 U.S.C. 470aaa 6307.
  3. (c)Suspensions, modifications, and revocations shall be administered in accordance with the procedures set forth in 36 CFR part 214.
