If you engage in a prohibited act described in § 9.180:
  1. (a)You may be subject to a fine or imprisonment, or both, in accordance with 36 CFR 1.3;
  2. (b)The Superintendent may suspend your operations; or
  3. (c)The Regional Director may revoke your approved temporary access permit or operations permit.
