36 CFR §9.210

1. (a)The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has reviewed and approved the information collection requirements in 36 CFR part 9, subpart B, and assigned OMB Control Number 1024-0274. We may not conduct or sponsor and you are not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. We use the information collected to:
   1. (1)Evaluate proposed operations;
   2. (2)Ensure that all necessary mitigation measures are employed to protect park resources and values; and
   3. (3)Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. (b)You may submit comments on any aspect of the information collection requirements to the Information Collection Clearance Officer, National Park Service, 12201 Sunrise Valley Drive, Room 2C114, Mail Stop 242, Reston, VA 20192.
