For purposes of this subpart, the following definitions will apply: Cable compulsory license royalty fees means royalty fees deposited with the Copyright Office pursuant to 17 U.S.C. 111. Performing rights society has the meaning set forth in 17 U.S.C. 101. Satellite compulsory license royalty fees means royalty fees deposited with the Copyright Office pursuant to 17 U.S.C. 119.
