Upon referral by the Chief Medical Director or the Under Secretary for Benefits, the Director, Contract Compliance Service will:
  1. (a)Investigate and process all complaints arising under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964;
  2. (b)Conduct periodic audits, reviews and evaluations;
  3. (c)Attempt to secure voluntary compliance by conciliatory or other informal means whenever investigation of a complaint, compliance review, failure to furnish assurance of compliance, or other source indicates noncompliance with Title VI; and
