  1. (a)General. The veteran's progress in reaching the goals of the plan will be reviewed and evaluated as scheduled in the plan by the case manager and the veteran.
  2. (b)Comprehensive review required. The case manager and the veteran will review all of the terms of the plan and the veteran's progress at least every twelve months. On the basis of such review the veteran and the case manager will agree whether the plan should be:
    1. (1)Retained in its current form;
    2. (2)Amended; or
    3. (3)Redeveloped.
