38 CFR §62.10

1. (a)VA provides supportive services grants to eligible entities as described in this part.
2. (b)Grantees must use at least 90 percent of supportive services grant funds to provide and coordinate the provision of supportive services to very low-income veteran families who are occupying permanent housing.
3. (c)Grantees may use up to 10 percent of supportive services grant funds for administrative costs identified in § 62.70.
