For purposes of this part:
  1. (a)Commission means the Postal Regulatory Commission.
  2. (b)Individual, record, and system of records have the meanings specified in 5 U.S.C. 552a(a).
  3. (c)Day means a calendar day and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.
