  1. (a)The Postal Service shall file notice of the termination of a negotiated service agreement within 7 days after such termination.
  2. (b)Upon termination, a negotiated service agreement shall be removed automatically from the competitive product list. No negotiated service agreement shall remain on the competitive product list after its termination.
