  1. (a)A decision on an appeal must be made in writing.
  2. (b)A decision that upholds the bureau's determination will notify you of the decision and your statutory right to file a lawsuit.
  3. (c)A decision that overturns, remands, or modifies the bureau's determination will notify you of the decision. The bureau then must further process the request in accordance with the appeal determination.
