  1. (a)In the exercise of any authority under this part, a judge may appoint a master to do all of the following:
    1. (1)Conduct hearings on the record as to all or specific issues in probate cases as assigned by the judge;
    2. (2)Make written reports including findings of fact and conclusions of law; and
    3. (3)Propose a recommended decision to the judge.
  2. (b)When the master files a report under this section, the master must also mail a copy of the report and recommended decision to all interested parties.
