43 CFR §30.226

1. (a)The judge must make a verbatim recording of all formal probate hearings. The judge will order the transcription of recordings of hearings as the judge determines necessary.
2. (b)If the judge orders the transcription of a hearing, the judge will make the transcript available to interested parties on request.
