After receiving the certificate and supporting documents, the judge will:
  1. (a)Issue an order that the United States holds title to the interests in trust for the tribe;
  2. (b)File the complete record, including the decision, with the LTRO as provided in § 30.233;
  3. (c)Furnish a duplicate copy of the record to the agency; and
  4. (d)Mail a notice of the action together with a copy of the decision to each interested party.
