  1. (a)The lands available for competitive lease sale under this subpart will be described in a Notice of Competitive Lease Sale.
  2. (b)The time, date, and place of the competitive lease sale will be stated in the notice.
  3. (c)The notice will include an identification of, and a copy of, stipulations applicable to each parcel.
