  1. (a)If the BLM approves a CAA, the effective date of the CAA is the first day of the month following first production through the FMPs for the CAA.
  2. (b)If the BLM approves a modification, the effective date is the first day of the month following approval of the modification.
  3. (c)A CAA does not modify any of the terms of the leases, units, or CAs covered by the CAA.
