Before BLM issues any lease, you must:
- (a)Accept all lease stipulations;
- (b)Make all required payments to BLM;
- (c)Sign a unit joinder or waiver, if applicable; and
- (d)Comply with the maximum limit on acreage holdings (see §§ 3206.12 and 3206.16).
