BLM will release your bond after you request it and we determine that you have:
  1. (a)Plugged and abandoned all wells;
  2. (b)Reclaimed the land and, if necessary, resolved other environmental, cultural, scenic, or recreational issues; and
  3. (c)Complied with the requirements of § 3200.4.
