Your drilling operations must:
  1. (a)Meet all environmental and operational standards;
  2. (b)Prevent unnecessary impacts on surface and subsurface resources;
  3. (c)Conserve geothermal resources and minimize waste;
  4. (d)Protect public health, safety, and property; and
  5. (e)Comply with the requirements of § 3200.4.
