You must keep the following information for each well, and make it available for BLM to inspect, upon request:
  1. (a)A complete and accurate drilling log, in chronological order;
  2. (b)All other logs;
  3. (c)Water or steam analyses;
  4. (d)Hydrologic or heat flow tests;
  5. (e)Directional surveys;
  6. (f)A complete log of all subsequent well operations, such as cementing, perforating, acidizing, and well cleanouts; and
  7. (g)Any other information regarding the well that could affect its status.
