  1. (a)BLM may inspect all of your Federal drilling operations regardless of surface ownership. We will inspect your operations for compliance with the requirements of § 3200.4.
  2. (b)BLM may inspect all of your maps, well logs, surveys, records, books, and accounts related to your Federal drilling operations.
