The unit operator must submit the following information with a participating area application:
  1. (a)Technical information supporting its application (see § 3282.5);
  2. (b)The information required in § 3281.2(a)(2) and (3) for the lands in the proposed participating area; and
  3. (c)Any other information BLM may require.
