If you are an individual, send us a signed statement showing that:
  1. (a)You are a U.S. citizen; and
  2. (b)Your acreage holdings do not exceed the limits in § 3503.37 of this part. This includes your holdings through a corporation, association, or partnership in which you are the beneficial owner of more than 10% of the stock or other instruments of control.
