The BLM may terminate an exploration license if:
  1. (a)The BLM issued it in violation of any law or regulation, or if there are substantive factual errors, such as a lack of title;
  2. (b)The licensee does not comply with the terms and conditions of the exploration license; or
  3. (c)The licensee does not comply with the approved exploration plan.
