In addition to the definitions in subpart A, the following definitions apply to this subpart: Administrative law judge (ALJ) means an administrative law judge appointed to the Departmental Cases Hearings Division (DCHD). DCHD means the Departmental Cases Hearings Division in the Office of Hearings and Appeals.
